Effortlessly whip up a delicious pumpkin dump cake with just 5 ingredients using items from your pantry. A must-have recipe for the fall season!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (4-serving size) Jell-O™ vanilla instant pudding & pie filling mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk or 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix), from 15-oz can
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting, as drizzle per tip, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously coat a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Add the cake mix, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice, stirring until combined. Spread the thick batter evenly in the pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out nearly clean. Allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
