Toffee infused pumpkin pie for a luxurious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 0.75 cup toffee baking bits
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.5 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Sprinkle the irresistible toffee bits into the pie shell and set it aside for baking.
  • Mix together pumpkin puree, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl. Add in the milk, cream, and eggs until the filling is smooth. Pour the filling over the toffee bits in the pie shell. Bake in the middle of the oven on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until filling is set and crust is golden brown, 60 to 90 minutes.
