Fall-inspired pumpkin butter bread with a cinnamon-sugar swirl and toffee topping for a moist and delicious treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 cup pumpkin butter
  • 0.25 cup canola oil
  • 0.5 cup toffee bits
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously coat a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine flour, white sugar, cinnamon sugar, nutmeg, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • In a bowl, combine milk, eggs, pumpkin butter, and canola oil, whisking until eggs are lightly beaten. Add the flour mixture and mix until the flour is fully incorporated. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with toffee bits.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for around 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then flip it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
