Create irresistible Crispix puppy chow for a crowd-pleasing sweet and crunchy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (17.5 ounce) package crispy corn and rice cereal (such as Crispix®)
  • 1 pound confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter halfway, then add peanut butter. Stir in chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine cereal with melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture until evenly coated.
  • Pour the coated cereal into a large paper bag, add confectioners' sugar, seal the bag tightly by folding down the top, then shake vigorously to ensure all pieces are well coated.
