Overnight oats with banana bread flavors, quick and delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups skim or 1% milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 bananas, divided
  • 3 cups (750 mL) Large Flake Quaker® Oats
  • 0.25 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 1 cup Plain or vanilla non-fat yogurt
Instructions:
  • Mix together milk, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined. Add oats and stir to combine. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Mash two bananas and mix into oatmeal. Slice the last banana. Portion oatmeal into bowls or Mason jars. Garnish with sliced banana, pecans, and yogurt if desired.
