Create a delicious twist on burgers with tortillas, cheese, and a creamy Southwest sauce for irresistible quesadilla burgers.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.25 cup taco sauce
  • 4 (4 ounce) hamburger patties
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
  • 0.5 head lettuce, shredded, or to taste
  • 3 tablespoons picante sauce, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine sour cream, ranch dressing, and taco sauce in a bowl, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Cover the bowl and refrigerate to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Heat up your outdoor grill to medium-high and lightly grease the grate with oil.
  • Grill the hamburger patties for 5 minutes, seasoning with Worcestershire sauce. Flip the patties. Place tortillas on the grill and lower heat to medium-low. Top tortillas with Cheddar and Colby-Jack cheese; cook until cheeses melt (2-4 minutes). Finish cooking the hamburger patties until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
  • Spread a generous amount of Southwest sauce on half of the tortillas, then add a layer of fresh lettuce and zesty picante sauce. Carefully place a juicy hamburger patty on top of the picante sauce, and finish by topping the patty with another tortilla to create a mouthwatering sandwich.
