Creamy Alfredo sauce made quick with cream cheese for delicious results.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your essential components.
  • In a non-stick saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, whisk until smooth. Gradually pour in milk, whisking to remove lumps. Mix in Parmesan cheese and pepper.
  • Remove the sauce from heat once it thickens to your liking. If it becomes too thick, simply add a splash of milk to adjust the consistency.
  • Combine the ingredients with freshly cooked pasta before serving.
