Quick chicken mince stir-fry

Whip up a delicious 5-ingredient chicken stir-fry with flavorful honey soy sauce and hokkien noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Australian Chicken Mince
  • 1 pkt tri-colour capsicums, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 450g pkt hokkien noodles
  • 120g honey soy chicken stir-fry sauce
  • 1 bunch choy sum, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • Heat a wok over high heat, then add the mince. Stir-fry it with a flat-edged wooden spoon for 5 minutes until it turns golden brown and is fully cooked. Transfer the cooked mince to a bowl.
  • Add vibrant capsicum slices to the sizzling wok. Saute for 2 minutes until beautifully tender. Reintroduce the savory mince into the wok along with the noodles and the tantalizing stir-fry sauce. Stir for 5 minutes until everything is heated to perfection. Toss in the fresh choy sum and gently mix everything together. Serve this delightful dish in beautiful serving bowls.
