Quick and easy corn nachos ready in 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 50g corn chips
  • 1 x 125g can corn kernels, drained
  • 40g (1/2 cup) coarsely grated cheddar
  • 1 x 220g can baked beans
  • 1/2 small avocado, stone removed, peeled, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the grill to high heat. 2. Line the edge of a large heatproof plate with corn chips. Sprinkle with corn and cheddar. Grill for 2 minutes until the cheddar melts. 3. Microwaves baked beans in a microwave-safe bowl on high for 1-3 minutes, stirring every minute until heated through. 4. Spoon the beans into the center of the dish and top with avocado before serving.
