Delicious crispy Parmesan chicken breasts - perfect for pasta, salads, or a standalone meal.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 0.5 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons white wine
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, pounded to an even thickness
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil, then give it a quick spray of cooking spray.
  • Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl. Mix butter, white wine, mustard, and garlic in another bowl.
  • Coat each chicken breast half in the flavorful melted butter mixture, ensuring they are fully covered, then press them into the bread crumb mixture for a perfectly even coating. Arrange the breaded chicken in a single layer on the baking sheet, ensuring a crunchy exterior. Use any remaining bread crumb mixture to pat onto the chicken breasts for extra flavor and crispiness.
  • Roast the chicken in the preheated oven until cooked through and the juices run clear, approximately 20 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) when checked with an instant-read thermometer.
