Quick and easy 6-ingredient skillet ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 package (12 to 14 oz) chicken breast tenders (not breaded)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat chicken tenders with Italian seasoning, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly, until chicken is browned and fully cooked.
  • Add the vibrant tomatoes and water to the mixture, bring to a boil, then gently fold in the rice. Cover the pan, turn off the heat, and allow it to rest for 5 minutes or until the liquid is fully absorbed.
