Zesty lemon poppy seed cake made easy with cake and pudding mixes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.25 cup poppy seeds
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while you generously grease and flour two 8x4 inch loaf pans.
  • Combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, pudding mix, water, and poppy seeds in a large bowl. Divide the batter evenly between two greased 8x4 inch loaf pans.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) until a toothpick comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
