Tangy lemon yogurt and poppy seeds combined with yellow cake mix, baked to perfection in a Bundt pan - a delectable treat for your taste buds!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package reduced fat yellow cake mix
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 (8 ounce) container lemon yogurt
  • 0.33300000429153 cup water
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.33300000429153 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C, and prepare a 10-inch Bundt pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • Combine cake mix and poppy seeds in a large bowl. Create a well in the center and add yogurt, water, oil, sugar, eggs, and lemon juice. Mix on low speed until well combined. Scrape the sides of the bowl and beat for 4 minutes on medium speed. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool.
