Quick Malaysian fish soup

Quick and savory fish soup ready in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 125g rice vermicelli noodles
  • 1L Real Soup Base – Malaysian
  • 270ml coconut milk
  • 500g firm white fish fillets (such as snapper or ling), cubed
  • 125g pack baby corn, halved lengthways
  • 250.00 ml bean sprouts
  • Coriander sprigs (to serve)
Instructions:
  • Boil noodles until tender, drain, and set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, mix Campbell's Real Soup Base-Malaysian and coconut milk. Bring to a boil. Add fish and corn and simmer for 3-5 minutes until fish is cooked through and corn is tender.
  • Portion noodles into individual bowls. Pour the delicious soup over the noodles. Garnish with fresh bean sprouts and fragrant coriander.
