Microwave shortcut chicken Cordon Bleu casserole with canned chicken and cream of chicken soup for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
  • 3 (4.5 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
  • 8 ounces cooked ham, diced
  • 8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup 2% milk
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • In a generously salted large pot, bring water to a vigorous boil. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain the noodles.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together the drained noodles, chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese until evenly mixed.
  • Combine cream of chicken soup, milk, and sour cream in a separate bowl, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Pour the sauce over the noodles and mix thoroughly to ensure it is evenly distributed. Transfer the mixture to a large microwave-safe casserole dish.
  • Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 to 45 seconds on high. Stir in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese until well combined and crumbly. Sprinkle mixture on top of casserole.
  • Uncover the casserole and microwave for 10 minutes, then cool for 5 minutes before serving.
