Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 14 frozen strawberries
  • 6 ounces nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
