Marinate steaks in a flavorful blend of Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard for an unforgettable meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) boneless rib-eye steaks
  • 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
  • 1 pinch Montreal steak seasoning, or to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.33333334326744 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 dash liquid smoke flavoring
Instructions:
  • Lay the steaks in a baking dish. Score the fat around the edges every inch and gently prick both sides of each steak with a fork a few times.
  • Season each steak generously with a mix of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Montreal steak seasoning, pressing the seasonings into the meat for maximum flavor absorption.
  • Combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and liquid smoke in a bowl. Pour over steaks to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, flipping steaks halfway through. Cover while marinating.
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Grill the steaks on high heat until they are slightly firm, pink and juicy inside, about 8 to 10 minutes per side for medium-rare. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for a temperature of 130°F (54°C) in the center.
