Try these traditional Basque Country bar snacks, Pintxos - a mix of salty and sweet flavors on skewers, perfect for starting a party.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices raisin bread, crusts trimmed, toasted, quartered
  • 100g quince paste
  • 8 slices serrano ham or prosciutto, halved lengthways
  • 80g blue cheese, cut into 16 pieces
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
Instructions:
  • Layer toast with sweet and tangy quince paste, then top with savory ham and creamy blue cheese. Secure with small skewers or toothpicks for a perfect bite-sized treat.
  • Drizzle the skewers with oil and sprinkle with pepper seasoning.
