Excite kids with vibrant rainbow smoothie made with fresh fruits.
Ingredients:
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
  • 135g canned pineapple
  • 130g canned peach
  • 40g blackberry
  • 40g raspberry
  • 500g vanilla yoghurt
  • 250ml milk
  • 50g blueberry
  • 75g strawberry
Instructions:
  • Cover a baking tray with foil. Arrange the kiwifruit, pineapple, and peach on the tray. Freeze for 1 hour or until solid.
  • In a blender, combine blackberries, raspberries, 1/3 cup of yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly into 6 serving glasses and chill in the freezer as you work on the next steps.
  • In a blender, combine blueberries, 1/3 cup of yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of milk. Blend until smooth, then pour into glasses and place in the freezer.
  • Layer the remaining yogurt and milk with kiwifruit, pineapple, peach, and strawberries in 4 additional batches, returning the mixture to the freezer after each layer. Allow it to sit in the freezer and then remove 5 minutes before serving.
