Ingredients:
  • 60g ginger marmalade (Buderim Ginger brand), see note
  • 125mls (1/2 cup) water
  • 4 medium beurre bosc pears, peeled, halved, cored, sliced
  • 40g raisins, finely chopped
  • 1 150g carton LC1 Natural Yoghurt
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over high heat, combine the marmalade and water and bring to a boil. Boil uncovered for 5 minutes. Then, lower the heat to medium and stir in the pears and raisins. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has reduced to coat the pears.
  • Drizzle with the yogurt before serving.
