Crunchy ramen coleslaw with cabbage, almonds, sesame seeds, and sweet-tangy dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (3 ounce) package chicken flavored ramen noodles, crushed, seasoning packet reserved
  • 0.25 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix together the cabbage, green onions, and crushed ramen noodles in a spacious salad bowl; reserve for later.
  • Evenly scatter almonds and sesame seeds on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Prepare the dressing by whisking vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and seasoning packet in a bowl until well combined.
  • Coat cabbage mixture with dressing, ensuring even coverage. Top with toasted almonds and sesame seeds.
