Ranch Chex Mix

Rocky Mountain-inspired snack mix with a zesty ranch twist.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups MultiGrain Cheerios™ cereal
  • 2 cups Multi-Bran Chex™ cereal
  • 6 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted*
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine cereals and popcorn in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour melted butter into the bag. Seal the bag and shake well to coat everything evenly.
  • Combine the cheese and dressing mix in a bag. Shake vigorously until well mixed. Transfer the mixture into a large roasting pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, remembering to give it a gentle stir halfway through. Allow it to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container or a plastic food-storage bag for later.
