Ranch snack mix: Rice cereal, pretzels, peanuts, crackers baked with zesty ranch seasoning. Crunchy and flavorful!
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups crispy corn and rice cereal (such as Crispix®)
  • 2.5 cups small pretzels
  • 2.5 cups cheese-flavored crackers
  • 2 cups oyster crackers
  • 0.5 cup peanuts
  • 0.66666668653488 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C) for a perfect cooking environment.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cereal, pretzels, cheese-flavored crackers, oyster crackers, and peanuts.
  • Combine vegetable oil, ranch dressing mix, and garlic powder in a small bowl and whisk until well blended. Pour the mixture over the cereal and stir until all pieces are coated. Spread the coated cereal on a large baking sheet.
  • Place in the oven and gently stir halfway through baking until golden and aromatic, 15 to 20 minutes.
