- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 9 cups Corn Chex™, Rice Chex™ or Wheat Chex™ cereal (or combination)
- 2 cups bite-size pretzel twists
- 2 cups bite-size cheese crackers
- 1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Place butter in a large microwavable bowl and microwave on High for about 30 seconds or until melted. Mix in cereal, pretzels, and crackers until well coated. Add dressing mix and cheese, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
- Place the mixture in the microwave on High for 3 minutes, stirring every minute. After microwaving, spread it on waxed paper or foil to cool for about 15 minutes. Then, store it in an airtight container.
