Ranch Tuna Melt Wedges

Elevate your tuna melt with a delicious twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 can (12 oz) chunk light tuna in water, well drained
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 1 small tomato, cut into 6 slices
  • 3 slices American cheese, cut in half diagonally
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Mix Bisquick and boiling water in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms, then shape the dough into a ball.
  • Roll out dough on a Bisquick-dusted surface into a 13-inch round shape. Transfer the dough onto an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, pinching the edges to create a 1/2-inch rim. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until lightly browned.
  • In a bowl, combine tuna, dressing, and onions. Spread the tuna mixture over the crust. Arrange tomato and cheese slices in a pinwheel pattern on top. Bake until cheese melts, about 1 to 2 minutes. Cut into wedges and enjoy!
