Elevate classic hot dogs and beans with a delicious twist of potatoes for a fun and tasty meal your kids will love!
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (15 ounces) chili beans, drained
  • 1 package (4.9 ounces) Betty Crocker™ scalloped potatoes
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 5 to 8 hot dogs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces), if desired
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet, bring potatoes, sauce mix, hot water, milk, and hot dogs to a boil; then simmer.
  • Simmer for 16 to 17 minutes until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Mix in chili beans and top with cheese.
  • Cover and heat for about 3 minutes until the beans are hot and the cheese is melted, avoiding stirring.
