Easy and delicious coconut pineapple pie, perfect for cooking with kids!
Ingredients:
  • 1 single ready-to-bake 9-inch pie crust
  • 1.25 cups crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 6 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fit pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Mix crushed pineapple, sugar, coconut, margarine, eggs, and flour in a bowl until thoroughly combined, then pour the mixture into the pie crust pastry.
  • Bake the pie in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
