Delicious raspberry cake, perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen red raspberries (do not thaw)
  • 1 (7.5 ounce) package round angel food cake, cut into 21 thin slices
  • 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Instructions:
  • Pour boiling water over gelatin mixes in a medium bowl and stir for 2 minutes until fully dissolved. Mix in raspberries until thawed, then transfer the mixture to a 9-inch round pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Layer cake slices in a beautiful pattern over the gelatin, ensuring they overlap to cover the surface completely.
  • Chill for 3 hours until gelatin sets. Remove from mold and garnish with a dollop of COOL WHIP.
