Delicious and easy raspberry dessert with a chewy Bisquick® crust and sweet fruit filling.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 cup raspberry spreadable fruit, jam or preserves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x9x2-inch square pan. In a large bowl, combine Bisquick mix, oats, and brown sugar. Use a fork or pastry blender to cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  • Press half of the delicious crumbly mixture evenly in the pan to create a perfect base. Spread the juicy fruit over the crumbly mixture, leaving a 1/4-inch border around the edges. Finish by adding the rest of the irresistible crumbly mixture on top of the fruit, gently pressing it down to combine everything beautifully.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting into 24 bars, in 6 rows by 4 rows.
