Try these flavorful bliss balls for a fun and tasty kids' snack!
Ingredients:
  • 135g raspberry
  • 135g rolled oats
  • 54.00 gm maple syrup
  • 16.80 gm coconut oil, melted
  • 20.00 ml chia seeds
  • 50g desiccated coconut
Instructions:
  • Combine the raspberries, oats, maple syrup, coconut oil, chia seeds, and 1/2 cup (40g) of coconut in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge for 4 hours until thickened.
  • In a small bowl, place the remaining 10g coconut. Roll 1 tablespoon portions of raspberry mixture into balls and coat them lightly with coconut. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
