Delicious raspberry coulis for ice cream and drinks.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups raspberries, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a small food processor, mix raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth and the sugar is dissolved, about 15 to 20 seconds. Taste and add more sugar if needed, then blend again.
  • Pass the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to separate the seeds. Chill in the refrigerator until needed.
