Indulge in a decadent raspberry Crunchie ice cream treat made with creamy condensed milk. Perfect for all ages!
Ingredients:
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 1/2 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk, chilled
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 125g raspberries
  • 6 Malt’O’Milk biscuits
  • 50g honeycomb chocolate bar, chopped
Instructions:
  • Whip condensed milk, cream, and honey in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form and the mixture is thick. Be careful not to overmix.
  • In a small bowl, gently crush raspberries with a fork. Combine crushed raspberries with cream mixture. Divide the mixture among 12 x 1/3-cup ice-block molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 6 hours until solid.
  • Combine biscuits and honeycomb in a small food processor and finely chop. Briefly dip molds in hot water, then remove ice blocks. Sprinkle with crushed biscuit mixture and serve right away.
