Showstopping summer dessert paired with creamy vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 3 fresh peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease 6 small ramekins.
  • Combine raspberries, peaches, lemon juice, 1/3 cup white sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Combine oats, butter, brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, vanilla, salt, and a pinch of cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  • Divide the raspberry and peach mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins, then sprinkle the oats mixture on top. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet for baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
