Indulge in a delectable peach raspberry pie using frozen fruit anytime, with the option of using ripe fruit for a burst of summer flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
  • 1.3333333730698 cups white sugar, divided
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 (14.1 ounce) package double crust pie pastry, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Combine fresh, juicy raspberries and succulent peaches with a cup of sugar and flour in a large bowl until evenly mixed.
  • Fit one pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, fill with fruit mixture, and sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 cup sugar.
  • Press decorative cookie cutters into the second pie crust to create intricate designs. Carefully place the scored crust over the flavorful fruit mixture and crimp the edges to securely seal the pie.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake for an additional 35 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
