Raspberry margarita

Cheers to this refreshing summer cocktail!
Ingredients:
  • Caster sugar, to decorate
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 250ml (1 cup) gold tequila
  • 250ml (1 cup) fresh lime juice
  • 300g frozen raspberries, thawed slightly
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
Instructions:
  • Spread the sugar on a plate. Rim each glass with the lime wedge, then coat the rims in the sugar.
  • Combine tequila, lime juice, raspberries, and sugar in a food processor and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve, pressing the berries gently with a spoon to extract the liquid. Remove and discard seeds.
  • Divide evenly into prepared glasses. Serve.
