Whip up a homemade raspberry sauce in 10 minutes to elevate your desserts like ice cream, cheesecakes, pancakes, and waffles!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 box (10 oz) frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed, undrained
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add water and raspberries with syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil (it will become translucent). Boil and stir for 1 minute.
  • Pass the sauce through a strainer into a bowl to remove seeds, if desired. Serve the sauce warm or cool. Store it covered in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
