Indulgent breakfast sundaes for every day of the week!
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 20.00 gm water
  • 2 x 120g punnets raspberries
  • 500g thick natural yoghurt
  • 332.50 ml toasted muesli
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix sugar, lemon juice, and water until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil. Add half of the raspberries, cover, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until soft. Remove from heat and blend the raspberry mixture until smooth. Refrigerate in an airtight container for 1 to 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • In each of the 4 serving glasses, layer the yogurt, muesli, and remaining raspberries. Finish with a generous drizzle of raspberry sauce before serving.
