Raspberry-Poppy Seed Salad

Tangy raspberries, crisp romaine, and juicy kiwi tossed in a zesty poppy seed dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 bag (10 oz) heart of romaine salad mix (about 10 cups)
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced and cut in half
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss everything together. Serve promptly.
