Nutrient-packed raw veggie sauce served over spaghetti squash. Easy prep!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 0.25 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 1.5 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.125 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.125 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions:
  • Blend ripe tomatoes, seeds, and juice in a food processor or blender until smooth. Store in a covered 2-cup container.
  • Mix vibrant green bell pepper, aromatic onion, zesty lime juice, flavorful garlic, sea salt, fragrant oregano, and aromatic rosemary into blended tomatoes. Cover the container with a lid and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
