Delicious cabbage steamed with caraway seeds and apple cider vinegar - perfect for holidays!
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium head red cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups water, plus more as needed
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
Instructions:
  • Place cabbage in a large pan and cover with 2 cups water. Drizzle with olive oil, cider vinegar, and caraway seeds.
  • Cover the pot and set the heat to medium. Cook the cabbage, stirring occasionally and adding water as necessary to keep it steaming, until tender, for about 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
