Ingredients:
  • 40g unsalted butter
  • 1/2 large red cabbage, hard core removed, thinly sliced
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) water
  • 300ml pouring cream
  • 46.80 gm wholegrain mustard
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and toss in the cabbage to coat.
  • Pour the water into the pan, cover, and simmer until the cabbage is tender, about 25-30 minutes.
  • Stir in the cream and mustard, then simmer uncovered. Cook and stir for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
