Red fruit salad with vanilla yoghurt

Surprise kids on their first day with a delicious red fruit salad.
Ingredients:
  • 200g thickly sliced watermelon, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 125g strawberries, hulled, quartered
  • 75g raspberries
  • 125g red grapes
  • 82.50 ml vanilla yoghurt
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, and grapes. Divide the fruit mixture evenly among four 12-cup containers. Add a dollop of yogurt on top and cover each container with a lid. Chill in the fridge.
