Red Raspberry Cheesecake Spread

Decadent cheesecake spread with raspberry jam, chocolate chips, and fresh raspberries.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons seedless red raspberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries for garnish
  • 1 (7.2 ounce) package Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend cream cheese until smooth with 8 to 10 pulses. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then process until smooth. Transfer half of the mixture into a small glass bowl or other small clear container to serve.
  • Heat the jam in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth and liquid, around 10 seconds. Stir well. If needed, microwave for an additional 5 seconds until fully liquefied.
  • Evenly spread the liquefied jam over the cream cheese mixture, making sure to cover the entire surface all the way to the edges.
  • Smooth the remaining cream cheese mixture over the jam layer, then generously sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours.
  • Top with fresh, vibrant raspberries and serve alongside Pretzel Crisps® for dipping.
