Irresistible snack mix packed with white chocolate, Cheerios, popcorn, pretzels, and M&M's for a sweet and salty Christmas treat that keeps you munching all year round.
Ingredients:
  • 180g white chocolate, melted
  • 105g (3 cups) Honey Cheerios
  • 80g packet (about 6 cups) sea salt popcorn
  • 80g (2 cups) mini pretzels
  • 150g packet dried mango, thinly sliced
  • 75g (1/2 cup) dried cranberries
  • 180g packet red and green M&Ms
Instructions:
  • Prepare 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. In a large bowl, combine white chocolate, Cheerios, and half of the popcorn. Mix gently until coated. Spread the mixture evenly on the trays. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes or until set.
  • Combine the pretzels, mango, cranberries, M&Ms, and remaining popcorn in a bowl and toss to mix.
  • Gently mix in the chocolate-coated popcorn, breaking up any large clumps, if necessary, then serve.
