Reindeer Cupcakes

Create adorable mini-reindeer cupcakes with chocolate frosting that kids will love to make.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix (or your favorite flavor)
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
  • Betty Crocker™ chocolate sprinkles
  • 24 large pretzel twists
  • 24 miniature marshmallows
  • 24 red cinnamon candies
  • 24 small green gumdrops
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans) and prepare cake batter for 24 cupcakes following the instructions on the box.
  • Top cupcakes with a generous dollop of frosting, then sprinkle with chocolate shards for a delightful finishing touch.
  • For each cupcake, halve a pretzel twist for reindeer antlers, cut a miniature marshmallow in half for eyes, position a gumdrop below the eyes for the nose, and place a red cinnamon candy below for the mouth. Store covered loosely.
