Festive reindeer cupcakes with peppermint ice cream filling and candy decorations.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (2 ounce) Cake, snack cakes, cupcakes, chocolate, with frosting, low-fat
  • 1 tablespoon mini candy-coated milk chocolate (such as M&M's®)
  • 4 Hershey Y & S Nibs Cherry Candy-Pkg HER
  • 4 large pretzels
  • 0.25 cup peppermint ice cream
Instructions:
  • Peel off cupcake liners. Slice in half horizontally, saving the bottom. Use candies to create eyes and a mouth on the tops. Place sour cherry balls for the nose and break pretzels in half for antlers.
  • Smoothly coat the bottom of each cupcake with a decadent tablespoon of ice cream, then crown them with the decorated halves. Enjoy immediately or chill in the freezer for a few hours before serving.
