Holiday brownies the whole family will love!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 24 miniature pretzel twists, broken in half
  • 1 pouch Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Cookie Icing
  • 48 candy eyeballs from 1 package Betty Crocker™ Dessert Decorations Candy Eyeballs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 13x9-inch pan with foil, leaving some to hang over the edges. Grease the foil on the bottom and sides with shortening or cooking spray.
  • Prepare and bake the brownies following the instructions on the box. Allow the brownies to cool fully on a cooling rack for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • Carefully lift the brownie out of the pan using the foil, peeling the foil away gently. Cut the brownie into 24 triangles by first slicing it into 3 horizontal rows. Then, cut each row into 8 triangles, ensuring each triangle has a 2-inch wide base. Remember to set aside the end pieces for snacking.
  • Place 2 small dots of icing on the top corners of each brownie triangle. Attach halved pretzel twists to the dots for antlers. Attach 2 candy eyeballs by placing a small dot of icing in the middle of the brownie. Add a small amount of icing on the tip of the brownie triangle for the nose. Store covered in a single layer at room temperature.
