Create a scrumptious, quick meal with your leftover ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • Leftover corned beef (see note)
  • 500.00 ml leftover coleslaw (see note)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions:
  • Layer 4 slices of rye bread with leftover corned beef, 2 cups of coleslaw, and 4 slices of Swiss cheese. Top with another 4 slices of rye bread to form sandwiches. Heat up a sandwich press. Toast the sandwiches for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and warm. Serve and enjoy!
