Rhubarb, apple and yoghurt puree

Whip up a colorful rhubarb and apple puree with yogurt for your little one, perfect for ages 6 months and up.
Ingredients:
  • 110g rhubarb
  • 150g apple
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • 60ml water
  • 190g yoghurt
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, mix together the rhubarb, apple, and cinnamon (if desired) with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then lower the heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes until the rhubarb is soft. Transfer the mixture to a medium heatproof bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Puree the rhubarb mixture and yogurt until silky smooth.
