Rhubarb Berry Jam

Delicious blend of mixed berries and subtle rhubarb flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O®
  • 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry flavored Jell-O® mix
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, mix rhubarb, sugar, and blueberry pie filling. Bring to a vigorous boil over medium-high heat and continue boiling for 10 minutes. Add dry gelatin mix and stir until dissolved. Pour into sterile jars or freezer tubs and let cool. Freeze any leftovers for later use.
